Scala Pastry - North Brunswick

One of the best bakeries around, and the only one I know about it makes all authentic Italian pastries! Cannoli to die and sfogliatella...yum :

This is the best Italian pastry in Central NJ, most likely all Jersey. It's from an old school downtown Jersey City. I had many great bakeries in Downtown JC and Scala Bakery matched them all.

Gorgeous place for all parties, but the Cannoli's are excellent as the stuff they are waiting for and they are not lying around to be so cheeky.

Thanks to Scala bakery for the delicious cake for my daughter's birthday!! My guests ran over it! Also we were in a robbery, with not a cake and in the last minute they saved the day!! So thank u The Scala team for amazing customer service and professionalism. We definitely recommend you!!

It was my second time ordering a specialty cake from Scala and I was not dissapointed! Noelle was so helpful with the design that I provided and it was beyond my expectations! So beautiful and so delicious, a big hit at my party. Will def be back!
