Bidrage med feedbackThe manager working today at 1:35 had poor customer service. I attempted to use the self-service kiosk but required permission to remove an item. When I politely asked for his help, he told me to wait in line because he was busy on the phone. I explained that I wanted to use the kiosk since the cashier was busy with a line of six people. He ignored me and went into the office, closing the door behind him. This guy definitely needs better training.
I visited the restaurant for the first time in years, and unfortunately, I didn’t have any bags to take my food home. I ended up going to the CVS next door to get two large paper bags from a lovely lady. I really wish the restaurant had provided bags or had something available for customers. I hope the manager or owner sees this feedback, as it reflects on customer service. However, I must say that the staff was always polite.
The experience is alright, but there is a terrible odor near the coffee pots at the back of the shop, reminiscent of something chemical or acidic. The self-service machine doesn’t always work properly, and there is typically only one person at the register, which means it can take a while to get served. Sometimes, the wait can be quite long.
Great place! I'm here several times and it's always a hello! How are you? That's big and they seem to remember most people going there, calling them with names!! Clean space and love the music selection always play great melodies. Amazing how they help random people even if they don't buy anything. Once I checked out a child, he asked if he could charge his phone and they actually left him, the girl even gave him her charger, that's Awesome!! Definitely recommend!
This QuickChek is awesome! Has everything you need when your on the GO! Great employees, lots of smiles, The music clean atmosphere and the Brócoli Cheddar soup are my favorites.
