Went on super bowl sunday there was a line out the door and the staff remained calm and collective, customers were screaming at young lady behind counter and i felt so bad keep up the good work!

Great to bring to a party or just for an after school snack! Their food is absolutely delicious and they're so accommodating to parties of all sizes!!! The manager, John, is absolutely delightful!!! Thank you Pretzel Factory!!!

Picked up an online order from Pretzel Factory in Bellmore today. Small party tray, 2 side dips plus purchased an extra. Pretzels were incredibly fresh and delicious! Order was ready on time and the staff were very pleasant and working hard filling orders. Highly recommend these amazing pretzels and this location!

Simple order of large party tray and a dipping sauce that I paid extra for was left out and store refused to deliver to complete the order. Poor customer service. Lost a customer
