I paid $46.50 for myself and my two kids, aged 4 and 5 years old. The two employees working were very rude and piled food so high on our plates that it was difficult to eat and carry. I requested that they put less on our plates, but they completely ignored me. When I asked for just chicken balls for the kids, I was told that was not allowed and they served us a messy plate of disgusting food. The sweet and sour sauce even turned my kids' lips orange. The food was terrible and we will not be returning. Very disappointed. Date of visit: November 29, 2021. Location: North Gate Mall.

Food has always been consistently good and worth getting. No complaints. Staff is courteous and friendly as expected in a food court.

The service was excellent and the food was outstanding! I can't say enough good things about this restaurant. They offer a wide selection of dishes at a great value. The staff was fast and friendly.

We ordered 2 meals, with drinks. Almost $30 in value. The rice was overcooked, the chicken inside the chicken balls looked like a rock, and tasted like wet sponge. We tried bringing our food back to get a refund, we werent happy with the quality. The ignorant lady behind the counter REFUSED to beleive the food was bad and WOULD NOT refund us our money. Absolutely disgusted with this restaurant and its service. We will be going to extra lengths to have this lady investigated or removed from her position as she can not do her job properly and resolve an issue like an adult. We always eat at this location when we are out and shopping, but yesterday was a turning point. Please look into this matter as we will be contacting higher sources about this matter.
