Bad customer service messed up my order asked if I can get something else they said no they don't do that stuff there???????? I said ok don't worry about it just return my money please

The cashier kept interrupting while we were ordering so our coffee order was not correct at all, very disappointing.

Just wish Dunkin didn?t charge for every little thing now. They charge for water and pup cups. I might as well go to Starbucks if I?m going to spend that much.

They always mess up the order now. It used to be good with the younger employees now at it seems as if the owner or manager is always working and is rude and ruins every order and doesn't know what the heck he's doing! It was such a waste of money and I'mreally upset.
