Panera Bread - North Andover

Every time we place an order here for curbside pick up, we always end up having to go inside just to find our order sitting on the shelf because nobody has the courtesy to bring it out. If you don?t provide curbside pick up, remove it as an option insteadof wasting customers? time. Cheese Flat Bread was oily and disgusting. Never again.

On Saturday morning at 6:12, my girlfriend and I eagerly visited this restaurant, only to encounter the worst service I've ever experienced. The person at the front desk that day was incredibly rude and arrogant. It’s beyond me how such a well-known chain could employ someone like that. Unfortunately, this breakfast negatively impacted my mood for the entire weekend.

Despite the constant hustle and bustle, this place has a fantastic atmosphere, and everyone is incredibly friendly. The service is consistently excellent, with staff members being kind and attentive. I experienced a minor issue, but several managers quickly stepped in to resolve it without any hassle. I highly recommend this Panera!

I have a dairy allergy, so I requested to replace my smoothie with another one that I could enjoy. Instead of accommodating my request, they discarded my original smoothie and then insisted that I pay for a new one. The staff was quite rude about the situation, and I felt poorly treated. I also sensed discrimination due to my age, which I believe was completely unwarranted. I consider this a waste of money, and I wouldn't recommend this place.

Meh... it's been years since i stepped inside a Panera. The one I used to frequent is in Lexington Center and recall good service and attentive staff. Times have changed and that was obvious at the N Andover location. Like i was doing them a favor bypurchasing bagels here. Last time I do that.
