Dunkin' Donuts - North Andover

The bigger lady with that works their with blonde hair is always being lazy and not wanting to make the food I want their in person and she complained right infront of me about the food I ordered and then when I get on DoorDash from the same place theymess up my order two time in a row and when I went to the store to see who was working it was her every time she should getfired the way she?s so lazy

This place is run terribly. The manager can?t take a coffee order unless it?s a large black. They constantly get my coffee wrong. Today I wanted a cold foam cold brew and I got a regular iced coffee with no cold foam. I go here every day bc it?s closebut I cringe every time I have to order.

Danielle took our order and only one thing was right we ordered a 25 pack of munchkins half plain half chocolate we got a mix of everything my kids won?t eat half of them. We ordered a frozen chocolate with raspberry and whipped cream we got a watered downfrozen chocolate with no raspberry no whipped cream. Only thing that was right was my sandwich a sausage egg and bacon on abagel no cheese. Never going here again. Rude

Coffee is great but I wanted a French cruella and sandwich but flies were everywhere in their food being served to their patrons so I can only imagine what I've ingested

So today I was going to get some pastry way too many flies flying on their pastry .......coffee's good
