Buono Bistro - North Andover

We had a reservation for 6:15, and unfortunately, the service was very disappointing. It took 20 minutes just to get bread and water, and no one even took our drink order. The waitress dropped off some bread, saying she would bring more, but after waiting another 15 minutes, we decided to leave. I've been to this restaurant several times before and have never had such a poor experience. I understand they might be short-staffed, but they could at least apologize and explain the situation. If you have some free time, you might want to give it a try, but my birthday dinner didn't happen as planned.

Went for brunch. The Eggs Benedict was fantastic. The Bloody Mary was amazing (comes with a strip of bacon. Our bartender was hilarious

Not sure what happened last night, as we've seen very good reviews. My mother spoke to two waitresses, but a manager did not stop by the table. Off night? Possibly. My father enjoyed his chicken parm, but my mother had to wait 10-15 minutes for her entree to come out. Once it came out, she let the waitress know the dish was missing white wine and garlic. The waitress apologized but never returned. They never got a refill on drinks, although they did ask another waitress. Menus were never taken from the table, empty glasses were left at the table. Overall, service was not very attentive and that was the biggest issue besides not being served at the same time. Restaurant also needs a little TLC, as others have mentioned.

This place is really nice ?? I had a great meal, the New York stip cooked to perfection and no added salt to our meal, we could season as we pleased. The calamari was perfect and the side salads were huge. It was an other wonderful experience there. Parking: No issues parking.
