Pizza Hut - Norman

I ordered delivery through the app and paid for it with a tip. The app notified me that the order had been delivered, but after calling the restaurant, they couldn't find it. There were no apologies, no refund, and no discount offered, just a promise that they would try to deliver it again. Two hours later, the food finally arrived, but it was not fresh and only lukewarm. The driver even tried to charge me again for the order that I had already paid for. I had to call the restaurant in person in order to finally receive my order since the driver refused to give it to me. Overall, a very disappointing experience and I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

The customer service at this restaurant is amazing! I feel like part of the family when I dine here. The dining room is clean and open, and the pizza and chicken wings are great. They also have super sweet cinnamon rolls that are now my favorite. This is definitely my new favorite place to hang out. It's just as good as the other Pizza Hut locations I have been to.

I have to give jj at this place a great scream. never fails that he goes out of his way to make sure that we get great service. this type of service is slowly fading, so thank you jj. we will continue to come to this place. ohhhh and the pizza were amazing!

When we arrived at the time when our pizzas were ready to pick up, we were informed that our 2 pizzas were given to someone else. we had to wait for them to be cooked again. no compensation was offered. very disappointed.
