Losing its luster. today my man and I are here for lunch. Usually it is our I want to panera brot, but cheaper place that we only visit all 4-6 months or so. it is always quite decent for good quality food. I don't expect to eat good, but I expect that to eat over fast food quality. today's order was not even close to it. my man and I ordered both our usual meal choice; broccoli cheddar suppe and half sandwiches. the suppe was exceptionally watered and granular; my man was so bad that he didn't finish it. our sandwiches were small and pathetic. Eat okay, but never gets her order right, especially when they order online. I will say how no mayo and get extra, or ask for kartoffelsalat and get suppe. last two times I complained that I got an employment from the cash register and this time, the girl even told me no, they asked for suppe and went around the counter to talk to another customer. pretty sure I won't be back long.

My suppe was cold and the casser knew nothing about the menu. She looked at me as if I were crazy if I looked after a simple grilled truthahn and cheese question. should deli not know what this is? my friend spud was under average and suppe was also cold. too expensive for the quality of eating and service. the only thing I'm going to come back for is the sweet tee.

A bit expensive, but worth it. good honey, good mac n' cheese, good sandwiches and desserts in general. I'm not as big as a fan of sweet tees, but it's good.

McCallister's is always a safe choice when you're hungry, looking for something pretty healthy, and if you don't want it to take too long.
