KFC - Norman

Today my man and I have stopped for some kfc, of whom we were received, and waited by a young man under the name brandon. he was so kind! he ensured that he got our order correctly by bringing it back to us. When he brought our food together, I saw him as he moved the koleslawe before he put it in the container. because if you don't touch it, you end up with dry coleslaw. Nobody wants that. he collected the rest of our order and quickly brought it to us as a wink. it was delicious! thank you brandon! you rock!

Has online order, got a digital deal eimer combo, added a few pages of mac and cheese. eating was exactly what I expected. boiled properly, and ready earlier than the website said it would be.

Tried to call 830 the load on alameda in norman. they did not answer or they would hang up. not nice. I just wanted to see if they had your great cookies.

Had a mobile job, but had to use the drive-thru when the lobby was closed. long series of cars. the ordered meals, but had little serious with the kartoffels. they must keep the koleslaw separated from the hot food.

I tried this KFC once again after a not so great experience only to find things have not improved. Extra crispy does not mean crispy at all. I was informed the drive through does not allow multiple orders in a single car, so don't try to help your friends out. Used to be able to order baked beans as a side but was quickly and rudely informed they are not an option. Options are listed in the right bottom of the screen which is great if you can actually see well enough to read it. But Cole slaw is always an option so I quickly adapted and ordered that. Again I was rudely told baked beans are not an option to which I responded that's fine. Cole slaw instead plz. Again I was told beans are not available read the menu. Potatoes and slaw are fine. Again not available read the menu. By now we are angry Cole slaw! I want potatoes with gravy and COLE SLAW! We are all yelling at the speaker now COLE SLAW! MAKE IT COLE SLAW! RIDICULOUS!! After all that, the chicken was a soggy crisp, expensive, unpleasant taste, unpleasant experience and not anything worth repeating any time soon. Do yourself a favor and find any other place to eat especially if you plan on going through the drive through. Avoid the rude workers and lousy food. Keep your money for a more worthwhile place!!!!!!!!
