I went through the drive-through to place my order, but realized I had forgotten my wallet as I pulled up to the window. Thankfully, Joey was there to greet me and quickly came to my rescue. He suggested using Apple Pay, helped me set it up, and made sure everything went smoothly. Joey was incredibly kind and patient, and he even engaged in friendly conversation while sorting out the payment. I was impressed by his exceptional customer service and willingness to go the extra mile. Thanks to him, my issue was resolved and the food was delicious. I am truly grateful for his outstanding assistance.
Chad is a great boss and guy to work. The owners are very understanding and flexible. But besides Chad, I'd have to say my favor is Joey and Amanda. They are working hard and go beyond and beyond customer service.
I recently visited Burger King for breakfast and experienced excellent customer service while going through the drive-thru. It was a refreshing change and I want to give props to the young man who made the experience so great.
I absolutely love the new slogan "where you rule." It's so convenient to use coupons through the drive-thru, making the process much faster. The staff even asks for your drink order when you hand over your voucher. I couldn't be happier!
You have to have a son of a **** every moment. This Burger King is a good stop. Friendly people and a nice relaxed dining area and clean.
