Urban Ice - Norfolk

Ice cream tastes nice. Everything inside is an EYESORE. Wouldn?t be popular if another rolled ice cream shop opened up. Paints chipping/messed up everywhere. LED lights are an eye sore as they?re falling. Couple lights are out (only took photo of one). Door is dingy all around. Had an awesome time with the family getting ice cream. It was really cool watching them make it and roll it right in front of you! Highly recommend for a fun treat. Definitely will be trying the mango madness next time!!

Visiting my family for the week and my niece mentioned she wanted to try rolled up ice cream. So we searched social media and came across Urban Ice. This was such a great experience! I had the pleasure of going to this place last night with my son, for the first time ever, and it was an amazing experience! The rolled ice cream and all the toppings you want were superb. But what really sets this place apart from not only any other ice cream shop, but really any service industry were the owners (sorry I forgot your names). They truly made it an individual experience for each guest. They love what they do. They love their shop and everything that they serve.

My first experience here was amazing! The staffs were very friendly and welcoming. I didn?t know what to get in the beginning and they introduced me to my favorite type of ice cream?the fruity ones. I got strawberry and mango with pineapple in it I believe. They used real mango fruits and I could taste it in every bites of sweetness I took. There?s bunch of flavors and ice cream. Highly recommend it if you are looking for something sweet and different.
