Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Norfolk

New employees still seem to learn the basics when I was here today. The smoothies tasted watery and the packs were much smaller than normal

When I walked in on yesterday around 12pm, no one was in the store. I told the cashier I wanted the new dragonfruit smoothie, she responded that she was sorry last night they ran out of starfruit . So I corrected her and said, no I say I wanted the dragonfruit one . She took my order, name, and I paid and waited. Then walked in a man, he placed his order, then a couple walked in and placed their order as well. So now its 4 of us waiting for smoothies, 10 minutes past, the man after me and the couple all get their smoothies. So the cashier say hey are you here for pickup , I say no you took my order , so she goes into the refrigerator and looks, she finds my order and says oh they put it here and says sorry about that with a giggle. I read my sticker on the cup it said to go . I then noticed it was 2 people in the back, in addition to the cashier. This was my 1st time going to this location, and definitely my last.

Always seen these in Texas but never tired one. But let me say was very impressed. If you like some good food try it seems something like clean eats. But the smoothies omg the Bahama mama I would say is a must try. Also the chicken Chipotle Flatbread and the avocado grilled cheese. You can add different stuff to.the smoothies like fat burners peptide protein among other stuff.

I am annoyed ordered 2 Turkey Bacon Ranch Sandwiches and does not know what that was me, but had my engagement to take it back I know it was almost closing time, but you sent the same two evil sandwiches back..Who does that, I want all my money back! This is NOT a TURKEY BACON RANCH ..and answer the phone I called 9 times. I am still upset about it!!!! And nobody bothered to call back and I left voicemails.!!!! Tropical smoothie on N Military Hwy Friday Aug 2, 2022 employees need to be moved at least the type that makes the sandwich this night. I didn't inherit that.

The restaurant was clean and the young lady on the front counter Veronica or Vivian was super friendly and knowledge about the items on the menu. I ordered my sandwich combo with a smoothie were both special orders and when I got my food, it was done right and my smoothie was delicious.
