Subway - Norfolk

I placed the order for 7530 Tidewater Dr.,it was redirected to 7550 Granby St, Granby St doesn't have the personal pizza thus the reason I ordered from Tidewater Dr. I won't do any further ordering from subway.

This subway like the ones on Colley ave doesn't take subway coupons. Please go down to the ones just a mile away in tidewater and little creek. There's no excuse for those subways not too be excepting coupons. Also both of those subways have rude employees.

Since I had no luck with the pizza, I decided to order a sub instead. However, the same young man said they were out of Italian herbs and cheese bread, which was what I wanted. So, I thanked him and said I was fine, wishing everyone a good day as I left, empty-handed but in good spirits, all thanks to the amusing woman in front of me who kept my mood up.

I want to begin this review by expressing my gratitude to the divine for the wonderful experience I had on my visit. On the day I went, I encountered employees who were genuinely dedicated to their work and treated customers with respect. Given the multitude of one- and two-star reviews for this location, I was pleasantly surprised! The restaurant was clean, the staff was fantastic, and my sandwich was made exactly to my order. I opted for the tuna sandwich with bacon, jalapeños, salt, pepper, and had it toasted. It was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend giving it a try!

I recently ordered a turkey sub with tomatoes, onions, lettuce, oil, and mayo. Unfortunately, my sandwich arrived without any onions or oil. To be honest, I hesitated about ordering from this location in the first place—I initially tried to place my order at a different branch, but the system defaulted to this one. I wanted to give them another opportunity, but now I'm really discouraged. I probably won’t be coming back to this location or ordering Subway through DoorDash again. This Subway has some serious improvements to make.
