Subway - Norfolk

Every time I get food from here, it's a smushed and messy blob of food. I understand you have 2.5 minutes to make the food but that's no excuse for not making it look pretty. I used to work at Subway and I know the process. It's not hard to make it look pretty while still making the time limit. Everyone here seems to have an attitude and kinda just hates their jobs. No one puts any care into it. It's depressing. No one wants to eat a sandwich that is crushed and overly loaded on suaces and difficult to eat.

Please becareful with your order I ordered the tuna sub today It didn't taste right so I stopped eating it. I was correct I have been vomiting every since went to the ER was diagnosed with food poisoning

Twice I have ordered a chicken bacon ranch and twice I have been charged for a Baja chicken. Wouldn't be that big of a deal other than the price difference. This has not happened to me at any other Subway. Will not be returning.

Your staff is extremely rude if you dont want to do ur job get another one!
