Starbucks - Norfolk

Why is it that every time I go to Starbucks, it appears to be closed even though the hours say it should be open? The coffee is great, though.

Eventually, a new employee showed up and, despite being new to the shift, took my order and payment politely. However, just as he began to pour my coffee, the same woman who had asked about food informed him that they were out of coffee. He apologized and refunded my money, but I couldn't help but wonder why she felt it was acceptable to let us wait in line without notifying us that there was no coffee available. She didn’t seem occupied with anything else, as she was merely asking other customers if they wanted food.

I'm not quite sure what went wrong with the Pike Place coffee at this Starbucks today, but it was completely flavorless. They should definitely investigate their bean sourcing.

This is an amazing store conveniently located! They offer a wide variety of tasty drinks and snacks. I've been there several times, and each visit has been a great experience. Keep up the wonderful work! I give it a five-star rating and a big thumbs up. If you're looking for a boost, make sure to stop by Starbucks!

I was rather disappointed with the service, which felt surprisingly slow given the long line and the presence of five staff members. One thing that really put me off was seeing a woman preparing drinks, with her long fingernails touching the insides of the cups before pouring the shots of espresso. It made me question the cleanliness and hygiene standards there. Although Starbucks isn't usually my top choice for coffee, I expect a certain level of quality to be maintained no matter the location. This experience happened at their outlet in Norfolk Airport terminal.
