Without a doubt, this is the worst customer service I've ever experienced! My family ordered takeout, and when we received the wrong order, I called to address the issue. The woman on the other end of the line outright claimed that we were in the wrong! She yelled at us during the call! We will never be ordering from here again!

It's surprising to find a Chinese restaurant like this in Norfolk. I've been dining there for the past three years, and everything I've tried has been outstanding. Their egg rolls are particularly noteworthy. I often order the hot and sour soup, and there are times when it truly delivers on both the heat and the tanginess! Regardless, it's always delicious. My top choices include the garlic pork, Szechuan beef, and house special chicken. The prices are also very reasonable; you can enjoy a satisfying lunch for less than $10.

The Chinese food here is excellent, particularly the ginger chicken and vegetables. The waiter, Chen, is friendly and highly professional, always going above and beyond to ensure a great dining experience.

The food is incredible! The updated menu features some delicious new items. The place has been transformed with new flooring, giving it a fresh look. The service is excellent too!

This place has the absolute BEST Egg Drop soup! I also enjoyed the chicken rice, Crab Rangoons, hot tea, and egg rolls, and I can honestly say I was never disappointed with the food. I've been here a handful of times and have always had a great experience. I know some reviews mention servers being pushy or rude, but it's important to consider cultural differences when visiting establishments like this. If that's something you can't tolerate, you might want to stick with chain Chinese restaurants like Hy-Vee. It’s usually pretty quiet when I go, which is nice! I never have to wait long for my food. A server greets us almost immediately after being seated, and they typically bring out the soup followed by appetizers before the main courses, which helps to pass the time more quickly. Please don’t let the negative reviews discourage you—give it a try for yourself!
