Jack Brown's Beer Burger Joint Norfolk

I thoroughly enjoyed my Cheeseburger To Go. It was absolutely delicious! I was staying at the hotel just across the street, and I decided to order a cheeseburger for takeout. It came out quickly since it was a Sunday afternoon. I definitely plan to return the next time I stay in the area, and I’ll make sure to try a beer as well.

If you're looking for that trendy, laid-back vibe—think beanie hat on a hot day and plenty of salty local sailors—this is the spot for you. They also offer one of the most incredible burgers I've had in quite some time. We popped in on a Sunday while visiting from Maryland for a concert at the pavilion across the river. It was busy, but definitely worth the wait!

I had an outstanding experience at this hidden gem! It has a classy dive-bar atmosphere and serves fantastic burgers. The beer selection is excellent, and the decor is fabulous.

Not worth it unless you are dining in, tried multiple times to call in and order take out however it’s either they don’t answer the phone or they say that are not accepting take out. Website always says take out unavailable despite the clear ‘order take’ out button on Google. It’s a shame because their food is really good but you can’t enjoy it unless you want to park downtown, wait in line and then dine in.

I ordered the daily special, which was a brisket and bacon burger with hot honey, and it was fantastic! I also tried a fried Oreo, which exceeded my expectations, especially with the peanut butter sauce that paired perfectly. To drink, I had a fruity cider. I really loved all the wall decor and the bras hanging from the light fixture—such a fun touch!
