Ihop - Norfolk

We were from FL who visited VA and hadn't been with an IHOP for over 15 years, but I'm glad we left today! Jose was very friendly, courteous, thorough and exhibited excellent customer service!! He was an stellar waiter and should be recognized that it goes beyond and beyond! The food was also rewarded! Fresh, hot and a lot of it!!! Our food was delicious to our belly!! Just go IHOP!!

Our breakfast was great, I had fried the land steak, my buddy had the spicy omelet, he said it was hotter... Our service was better, D was our server and he was on the point. Never had to ask for something, and the Togo cup of coffee and sweet tea was very thoughtful. Great work for an early Thursday morning

Service was 100% even close to closing my server was cleaning and washing her hands before they came to help me was important. the food was boiled to perfection and piping hot. I went to the 21st place first and stood there to see place 8 minutes before the call of the military highway location whether they wanted my business. The total time was 11 minutes. I never go back to the 21st street. I have excellent service and food so I will drive extra How to treat an estimated customer

Mr. Dee was our waiter and he was absolutely fantastic! We visit MS, and this IHOP has some of the best service and food we've ever had! The restaurant was very busy and we were impressed by how fast we sat and how fast our food arrived. Overall a wonderful experience! Can not recommend enough!

Ive been a return customer here over 10 years. It has changed management before, but there was NO difference in service. I live about 25-30 minutes away from this location in a different city. You could not pay me or for my meal to go to another location. I have been to every location in my city, and I've been disappointed more than once. I have decided to only come to the Indian River/Kempsville location. The food is ALWAYS fresh, hot, and good. My children 7, 8, 9 all agreed that this one is the BEST one the South side of the 757. Very accommodating and pleasant atmosphere. We never feel anything but welcome. I hope this has been helpful. Enjoy your meal. Shout out to the staff management teams!!!
