Green Onion - Norfolk

First time here. I live around the corner so my friends and I decided to try it ut for brunch. First walking in I recognize the host. So that was good because he is very good at his job! We had French toast and the steak and eggs! Which were amazing and seasoned well. We had the 88oz peach mimosa! We drank the entire thing! Highly recommend will be coming back.

Food and atmosphere was fantastic. Deo and his staff have outdone themselves and gone far and beyond what you would expect. Greeted with a warm smile and make you feel like you?re at home,and you can definitely see the love and passion in the food and quality. I don?t see how anyone would give less then 5 stars just based off the experience. Will definitely be recommending to all of my friends and be a repeat customer. You need to check this place out! The food was delicious! I highly recommend the Lobster and Crab soup. Deo?s Lavender Martini is a must?the best I?ve ever had. Our bartender, Hunter, was very attentive and gave great recommendations on what to eat. We can?t wait to come back!

So I heard The Green Onion was under new management and had a complete revamp, let me tell you I was not disappointed. First the renovations were clean, the decor was fantastic without being overbearing. I had an opportunity to meet the new GM and he is absolutely amazing and very talented behind the bar. My husband I stopped by with our 2 kids for lunch after hitting the Chrysler museum. The server was super awesome. He mentioned they?d just re-opened under new management a few days prior.
