Elliot's Fair Grounds - Norfolk

I went on for the first time after I was told by a friend of this place and the atmosphere was super cool! I have a chai tea latte, it was so good! I was pleasantly surprised to see that they even vegan tasty from my vegan sweet tooth! That's nice because that means that I don't have to drive all the way to the VA beach if I want to go tasty. will probably make frequent trips here!

I love it here. it's cheap. it is local. it is sweet. super trendy place. 10/10. I love it. no care. friendly staff. The best

Love love loves to escape this place. great friend. great coffee and many fun ways to drink coffee. wether is cold .. frozen .. or hot! my favorite is the cream brûlée .. with mandel or soy milk

This place is excellent! the people who work there are kind, the coffee is ingenious and the eating is goo!

Elliot’s gone, the place is not the same. still has some fantastic barista’s and a beautiful terrace, but that certain something lacks.
