Domino's Pizza - Norfolk

I ordered a couple of large cheese pizzas for my team at work. When we opened the boxes, I was disappointed to see that half of the cheese on both pizzas was completely congealed and excessively greasy. This meant that only half of each pizza was actually edible, which completely undermined the purpose of ordering two pizzas instead of just one.

Visit Del Vec's at your own risk! My experience was incredibly disappointing. The service was extremely slow—I waited around 30 minutes and was the only customer there! They also overcharged me. I ordered a two-topping pizza, not a Hawaiian, and yet that’s what I received. To make matters worse, they told me they couldn’t provide a receipt until after my food was delivered, which is not how a good business operates. After paying $30, I expected a receipt upfront. While the location is convenient, the long wait and poor service make it not worth it. I definitely do not recommend this place!

I ordered two small pizzas and cheesy bread at 9:42 pm. After 45 minutes without any updates, I attempted to call them, but there was no response. They didn't cancel my order until 11:20 and still didn't answer any calls. This was incredibly disappointing.

Pasta dish prepared exactly as requested online. Great staff and food ready when designated. Add ones offered. Prices awesome. Delivery unavailable despite being 10 minutes away.

Always have a good experience with the staff here. Over the phone and through delivery, they are always excellent and very helpful. This location (NOT the staff) gets two stars because they are serially understaffed. The restaurant frequently has tocancel or refuse orders because there isn?t anyone trained to make food in the kitchen? three or four hours before closing. Theteam works hard, and I can tell they are struggling to meet the demand at this location. Dominos, hire more staff so you canadequately fulfill orders during your regular posted hours. Also, the delivery drivers at this location are exceptional, andmany operate at all hours on bikes. Consider giving them a raise
