Burger King - Norfolk

I ate here twice a day, my first and last time. this burger king was probably the worst thing I've ever been, I don't think my hopes are too high when I go to an almost food place, but I recommend the steering clearly from this place. the employees have no customer support and are very unprofessional. the service was very slow and the casser was annoying that she had a customer the drink and spicy station was a chaos, ketchup dispenser was empty and was was wasting all the counter. I hated to do it, but had to ask for a few ketchup packages for my wife and got the eye roll from the cash.

I decided to stop here for breakfast before I went to the airport, but would have been better from eating elsewhere. the personal (of three) was also slow with only two customers. also appeared after a few more customers - we started to look at each other to find out why it was slow. they had no sense of urgency to bring us through the line. they also have an easy job problem that irritated me. Lousy. What a lousy experience. I decided to stop here for breakfast before heading to the airport but would have been better off eating elsewhere. The staff (of three) was slow even with just two customers. Even after a few more customers showed up--we started looking at each other trying to figure out why it was slow. They definitely did not have a sense of urgency to get us through the line. They also a slight attitude problem which irritated me. I had to wait about minutes to get my food and half the drinks in the dispenser were either out or didn't have the right mix of water juice. The ketchup dispenser was also empty. The cleanliness of the facilities left a little to be desired. I was not impresses with the quality/preparation of the food. I have no future plans to go out of my way to eat at the establishment.

I hated to do it but had to ask for a few packets of ketchup for my wife and got the eye roll from the cashier. Sorry for the inconvenience of my patronage.

Listen if you ever come through drive thru ask for the young lady name Shareta she has one of the best attitudes in that store and she even helped me save money on my order. She went above and beyond and gave my child a crown just because. She made sure I had everything and she was patient with my order and double checked my bag to make sure everything was right. The food was ok but her service is what will keep me coming back.
