Boston Market - Norfolk

My order was right, hot and the Rotisserie chicken was juicy tender! Loved the grain bread!!

No dessert options. No soup. Slim selection on sides. Creamed spinach was awful (used to be my favorite). The ribs were AMAZING.

The quality of the meals are comparable to a frozen dinner purchased from a grocery store. It smells a bit like a school lunch given in a cafeteria. Teenagers seem to enjoy it but those that desire a well cooked meal or at least an authentic experience will not appreciate what this restaurant has to offer. I would definitely not recommend.

There were no sweet potatoes, or other vegetables as I was told there has been a severe supply shortage. But the young man that served me did try to accommodate me by giving me a free drink and adding more salad.

Normally, I love Boston Markets because it's a healthier alternative to greasy burgers and the usual fast-food fare. This location; however, was a disappointment with their rotisserie chicken. I was distracted and not watching when the server cut up my chicken ordered. I won't make that mistake again! I ordered the Family Deal for 6 ppl. The chicken was hard with the wings being dry and a bit crunchy. The breasts were totally dry. Had I inspected the packaging prior to leaving, they would have given me another chicken! The chicken looked like it had taken a casual stroll through Hell! Customer Service was very nice and professional; restaurant was clean.The sides of spinach and yams were delicious and up to my expectations. This location would have garnered more stars had it not been for the burnt chicken. I did manage to salvage some digestible meat and made a small bowl of chicken salad.
