Nh-Hotel - Nordrhein-Westfalen

It was a great stay for 2 days. my man had a heart problem and we had to go home early, but we had to wait until a sister from the states could join us. we were here. the maitre de (the only title. I could think to give him) was wonderfully always sure that I had what I needed in the right size, etc. yes, a case of ugly American being on a place where she knew nothing about what to order, etc. the rooms were clean and spacious, the outdoor area for free time and eating was very quiet, even with street work on a 1/2 block away.

No childrens card. Be ware. Also, don't go as a family. This place is way to posh to serve for families. The food is absolutely decent, but the atmosphere is not. Eventhough we did not talk to the other customers with no children, you could...feel that they also disliked the atmosphere.

Ideal for short visit or business trip. Nice rooms but no free wifi and slow check-in and check-out times. For sportive people, fitness is only open at 7am.

Location:The hotel is located at 400 meters from the S station and even closer from the tram you can take either of them to to the old Town to visit the touristic areasThere's is parking on the premises, but it's not freeThere's a Lild supermarket at 150 meters and a gas station right next to itPremises & Staff:The hotel has a similar feeling to other NH hotels, very clean and contemporary. The rooms are large and clean. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and they welcome you with infused water and candy. Also, the staff at the restaurant was very welcoming. Overall a very nice stay!

Good traffic-convenient location, train station within walking distance, metro next door, breakfast was great. The mattresses were exceptionally good, very good !! Competence of the staff to create a correct invoice. Nice staff. Enough free parking in the car park under the hotel.
