Needed an early dinner before the opera, and Aqua, located in our hotel, fit the bill. It was fairly empty at that early hour. Nice decor, with photos of Spanish celebrities adorning one wall. The menus were posted outside , so I reviewed them before returning to the apartment, zeroed in on a Caesar salad, bopped into the apartment for minutes and then back again.
