Subway - Norcross

I love the Cali Fresh sub sandwich with my own modifications. This Subway has very friendly staff and usually does a great in sandwich making.

I made my mother do her nail next door, so while I'm not waiting and I decided to eat something. there was only one person who took care of an order, so we decided to have a place while they ended after they ended, they rudely almost screening on us asked if we order or not! my answer was yes, we wait for them to be done with him. So when we started to choose the brot, I asked not what she would ask this woman rudely again if I would tell her what I want or what? my answer was not that they see and hear that I don't ask what she wants! then she cumbled her ton, but until then I was just mad she would treat the people to this wise, so I will never stop at this place again (they know what I don't want, everything I will take my business and money somewhere else)

Very rude lady crushed my bread was making me wait when I asked her if she could help she looked real mad Idk why? After when she was putting my food in place she was throwing it around. At the end she asked if I wanted anything else she answered my question saying No. I corrected her saying Yes A cookie. and she threw the cookie in the bag very angry. That's when I had enough. I asked for the manager but she said she wasn't around and she didn't even ask if I wanted A combo? When I told her a combo. never coming again I left the food right were it was and left. this is so rude. And yes I told her to work on her customer skills.

I found the service at this restaurant to be quite rude. When customers enter, the staff should pause their conversations and attend to them. It seems like they prefer to dictate what they can offer rather than what customers actually want. The owner, a short chubby lady, could really improve her people skills, or she might want to consider a different line of work because if this continues, they will lose customers quickly. I’m giving it two stars instead of one because another staff member was at least friendly and smiled when speaking with me.

The new staff member working that night was quite rude, and there were also issues with cockroaches.
