After hearing all the hype over Popeyes chicken sandwiches, we stopped by after seeing that there was no line at this location. At the drive-thru, we ordered two spicy chicken meals and one chicken sandwich. When we received our order, we checked our bag and there were only three chicken sandwiches in the bag. Not only did the drive-thru attendant forget to give us our drinks, but we also did not receive any of our sides. We parked the car, went inside and explained to the cashier that we did not receive our drinks or sides. The cashier quickly handed us our drinks and side items. Since we were inside, we decided to order a couple of more items, specifically their chicken tenders and shrimp po' boy sandwich. And guess what? When we were handed our bag, there were only chicken tenders and no shrimp po' boy. The cashier apologized and we waited a couple of more minutes for our sandwich. Once at home, all of us ate our food. It was good, but I'm not sure if it is worth the inconvenience. If you do decide to go this Popeye's though, be sure to check your bag before you leave.

Saw all the bad reviews for this location but I guess that made the staff want to step up. I live closer to the one on Pleasant Hill Rd. behind the Kroger LA Fitness but the service is so bad there and they never have my sweet heat sauce, so I decided to try the Jimmy Carter Blvd at Peachtree Ind. Blvd location. The gentleman at the drive thru window was really friendly and professional. This location didn 't have my sweet heat sauce either but he went back to the kitchen and had them make a 'hot sauce with honey ' version of it that actually tasted even better. Love it! Hope it stays this way. If so, I 'll definitely be back and you should give them a try too.

The place was empty I was the only one hear but the food was great the place looks nice and the server was very good. I know they just opened. So come check out the place.

I've always been a fan of Popeyes, but my experience tonight was disappointing. I ordered a 3-piece combo with spicy chicken, but instead received just one piece that wasn't spicy, along with two sides. By the time I got halfway home, I noticed the mistake and had to turn around. I managed to get my 3 pieces, but they still weren't spicy. To top it off, the chicken was extremely greasy and had a smell that suggested it was cooked in the same oil as the shrimp. Honestly, they might be better off closing down.

Absolutely frustrating experience at the Popeyes drive-through. I’ve visited this location multiple times—around six or eight—and the service has been consistently terrible, taking 12 minutes per car. I love Popeyes chicken, but I wouldn’t recommend this location due to their awful service.
