This is a review about the terrible attitude about the people who works here I order a cake Yesterday over the phone I went to pick it up and when I walk in I said hi good afternoon to the girl by the register she walk away ignoring me and keeping her conversation over her cell phone the other 2 people bagging up bread behind me they started to laugh so I said is anyone going to help me and this kid walk towards me upset saying what do you want ?? I said I have a order for a cake and he was like do you have the receipt? I said no I order over the phone so he said ok under what name is the order so I said they didn't ask me my ne but I'm gonna give you my name even if you're not gonna find any order under my name bcz they didn't put name in the order he walk away upset saying something and come back with the cake finally and proceeded to the register to pay for the cake I stand there waiting for somebody for a few min until finally the girl come by and charge me for the cake with a terrible attitude like mad or something bcz I did interrup her conversation in the phone bad service terrible attitude not bad comments about the cakes but zero in customer service here .

I stopped to check this place out. I like trying original eateries. This shop didn't disappoint. Friendly people and wonderful pastry and cake. I highly recommend to anyone that wants something different.

Their cakes are usually pretty good, but we recently purchased a cake for a kid's birthday and the wrong image was used, the flavors weren't as requested and half of it was dry. Pastel de tres leches should never be dry. Just sayin'. We ended up eating it because we didn't want to waste it and we went out of state to celebrate. I'm not trying to get a refund or anything, but when I pay $70 for a cake, I expect it to be made how I requested.
