B W Burgers, Buns Brews - Norcross

We have visited B&W multiple times and always enjoyed the food and atmosphere, but this last visit was terrible. I found a piece of metal in my burger, and my husband discovered it when he took a bite of my meal. It could have been very dangerous if he hadn't noticed it in his mouth, and thankfully it was large enough that he didn't swallow it. Despite the serious issue, my burger still had a significant piece of metal in it. We informed our server, who took the burger away, and the manager came to give us a new one. However, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the situation—no "Are you okay?" or any concern at all. Instead, they just offered us more food that we were too unsettled to eat at that point. They did remove the burger from our bill, but the absence of any response to the presence of metal in our food made our experience incredibly negative. I doubt we'll be returning anytime soon, and we have also reported the incident to the health department.

The burgers were disappointing. The meat quality was very low and full of gristle. Although all three of us ordered medium burgers, two of them were cooked well done. We won’t be coming back.

We dined on the rooftop and enjoyed a wonderful meal. The service was prompt, and the food was delicious.

Nice new neighborhood sports bar. Servers are friendly and the food is good.

Good food. Good beverages. Good experience. Good place to go.
