Mcdonald's - Norco

McDonald's food is generally not great, but the Double Quarter Pounder was particularly disappointing. It was drenched in ketchup, leaving the bun soggy and unappetizing. The fries were chewy and rubbery as well. Overall, it was the worst food experience I've ever had.

The credit card machines at the digital kiosks were out of order. I attempted to place an order on two different machines but had no luck. After that, I went to the counter and waited in front of the cash register for five minutes. Several employees saw me standing there, but no one made eye contact or offered assistance, so I decided to leave and have lunch at Jimmy John's instead.

McDonald's can be a bit hit or miss. Sometimes your order is spot on, while other times it's not quite right. The fries can be perfect, or they can end up cold and unappetizing. No matter what, they’re always better with some hot mustard. The iced coffee is decent, especially when it's just 99 cents in the app. Overall, it’s just McDonald’s—sometimes you get a good experience, and other times, it’s just okay.

McDonald's: you don't expect fine food, but you do expect consistency. This stop on Norco travelling to San Diego from NorCal was the worst food quality from McDonald's on recent memory. Both our French fries were not fresh, limp and lukewarm. My wife'sChicken McNuggets were tough and not hot. My Crispy Chicken Sandwich was very dark brown, very tough and only lukewarm. Couldn'teat even half of it. Cooked decently, McDonald's food is not bad, which makes our experience more disappointing.

They are usally pretty good here, but this morning Monday 9-5-2022 after 8 AM? Later than the time I usually go there. I got two sausage McMuffin?s when I got home and started eating one of them I was disgusted that I started chewing eggshells. There washuge chunks of egg shell in my McMuffin. (Pictures posted) Called multiple times finally someone answered the phone I asked forthe manager to request that they show the individual cracking eggs how to properly crack an egg. Because I?m sure I?m not theonly person who had eggshells in their food, Manager did not speak English. She had a very hard time understanding what I wassaying. She said ?you come it again?? So yeah?
