El Pollo Loco - Norco

I really enjoyed the customer service at this El Pollo Loco. The food was excellent, and thanks to Monica, my order was ready quickly.

You might want to consider trying a different location if you're craving El Pollo Loco. The restaurant itself is nice and very clean, but I’ve experienced missing items on multiple occasions. Often, the salsa or tortillas are left out, and I've even had an entire meal missing. Additionally, this location tends to close earlier than the hours that are posted.

I went here today. What a disappointment. I ordered the double tostada chicken salad. The chicken was old, dry and hard. Also, all the trash cans inside were stacked high with trash and all over the counters of the trash. It wasn't even crowded. I was only person inside. I will never eat here again.

Worst service ever. No one ever says hi and today I waited 7 minutes for someone to come from the back to take my order. Even those cooking don't even acknowledge you. Last time I ordered, the guy handed me my food and I asked for dressing since it didn't have any and it took them 10 minutes to come back with it. Don't online order from them, they also don't pay attention. The only reason I come here is because it's next to my house and hoping one day it changes.

ElPollo Loco in Norco on River road is horrible! The chicken was so dry and hard, I had to spit it out. This has happened several times.
