Chipotle Mexican Grill - Norco

This Chipotle location isn't the greatest. The rice is consistently old, and the chips are extremely bendable—definitely lacking any crispiness or crunch. On the bright side, the customer service is always excellent, but unfortunately, the food doesn't match that level.

I received my order through door dash for lunch and while eating it, i discovered a dead fly in my meal. UNSAFE FOOD !!

The flavor was excellent, but I felt that the portion sizes for the two chicken bowls were somewhat small considering the price. Nonetheless, I really enjoyed the food!

In all seriousness, it might be time for this franchise to reconsider its strategy. Here’s a thought: if companies were smart, they would lower their prices since many customers are now figuring out how to replicate their favorite dishes at home. The weaker companies will chase quick profits by hiking prices and reducing portions, while the savvy ones will maintain or even lower their prices to attract more business. This, in turn, would create a more competitive job market and ultimately drive out the competition. Should we short $CMG?

By far this was the worse experience ever!!! The young lady's never greeted me left me standing there about 5 mins before saying a word...Then on top of that one simply ignored me then started sweeping the floor behind the counter around the food area sodisgusting...Came directly from touching the broomstick to started touching the food trays with the same gloves smh!! It's notoften do I go out to eat but I decided to treat my husband and after this horrible horrible let down I'll never again beback..Adrian not sure if you was there your name was given I was told your the manager from one of your great employees, but notso great females on duty who took my $9.73 she can use a like more customer service skills..I will be holding on to my receipts so I can contact cooperation about this matter it's ppl who really need jobs if your staff doesn't like there jobsthen maybe they shouldn't work with the public I'm sure on pay day their smiling...Chipotle it's a must you have to do better Itook a chance even after reading the previous reviews but NEVER AGAIN ????
