The food is amazing but the customer service could use a lot of work. They never answer their phone. Not everyone has the time to sit and wait 30 minutes for their food. On multiple occasions I have eaten something else simply because I could not put in my order. Once you are their the staff is cold and you can tell they are one of those businesses that sell out all the time so they could care less what people think.

Dont be put off by the outside appearance! For the price and the taste of the food , its an absolute bargain. I grab the 3 meat deal at lunch for $20 , and it also doubles as dinner for me and the lady when I get home. Win-win. The staff is always helpful and in good spirits , even if they may be short handed at times. My only slight complaint is I wish I could order/pay online as you do have to be a bit patient sometimes when going in and ordering. I have not tried calling in my order yet which could be a more efficient lunch hour option. The Brisket and Beef are my Go-to! The Links and beans are awesome as well! I am not a cole-slaw fan in general , so no comment on that. The fries are good from what I remember , but I have been trying to cut that out of my diet these past few months so my memory is a bit hazy on them. Just drive around to the back of the building to park and get ready for a great meal!

Horrible customer service. Will never come back here. Called my order in told them I'm paying cash for the ribs and by the time I got here they sold them. Soo incredibly rude!! Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

The food here is excellent, featuring high-quality meat that will satisfy any meat lover. I ordered takeout for lunch, and I couldn't be happier with my choice!
