Arrogant, rude, bad in everything. raw pizza... a real shame. delivery at 20:45 instead of 19:45...only an hour of zero-star delay

We've been regular customers for years for home but last night we've definitely lost. After several times with monstrous delays even up to 2 hours, soft fries and sluggish pizzas yesterday we ordered 2 burgers with pork (which punctually misses then recall x ask with what to replace) we paid in cash at delivery. 11 € for 2 burgers then arrives only one crushed type tost and instead of the second burger 4 pieces of mozzarella in carriage each made with a slice of toast bread and low quality mozzarella. Between the other order at 7:30 and delivered after an hour....I didn't even call, they lost a good customer.

Ordered pizza as time 20:30/21 arrived at 21:40 after repeated calls and repeated teases of the type are in the oven or are in the start; however comes this blessed pizza... was a pizza with sausage cooked and würstel ... I asked well cooked and arrived with pasta in the center completely raw and sausage idem ... conclusion do not tease people with delivery times said so to say and worked with more criterion without ruining dinner to people . Surely I will never order a pizza from you again
