Il Buco - NOLA

We were eating in this pizzeria seen gluten-free pizza reviews. We arrive early and we are the only ones, welcomes a kind waiter (I forgot to ask him the name ahimé) and after a while takes the order. they bring us almost immediately good potato croquettes, even gluten-free.. Then the dantesk radius began. in a short time, many people arrived at the maximum moment,) and the poor waiter, had to accept, take orders, serve, repair and shoot, helped by another boy I know the first very distracted weapons that however needed his support. the owner, intent only to stack as many tables as possible, and to take more and more customers, seemed not to notice the affection and especially the complaints that inevitably began to be there for a long time to order. . .to serve etc... pizzaiolo had to do service also for the takeaway left people in the restaurant and we waited a bit the pizzas (very good!) the owner occasionally went to the room but not to help...but to get some great laugh (which knows what he had to laugh so). or yelling embarrassing at the two waiters. We ask for the bill. Maybe the only thing that should have been the owner....the waiter no longer knows how to apologize. and after a few minutes...si minutes! We're gonna get our account. Better. We had pizzas instead of really! we were passing, on holiday and relaxed, but I have the support that the natives present last night will hardly return. At the waiter, you're good, very good, looking for an employer who knows how to appreciate your work and doesn't treat you as I saw last night.

We went to this restaurant following the tripadvisor comments! our hotel being not far away and the restaurant super ratio price quality, we returned there times. Wood pizzas are delicious, pasta, risotto, mozzarella tomatoes, charcuterie and I pass. We loved each other. The super service, philippe assures! The boss is very kind and always with a smile. it is recommended not to go too late because it is filled quickly.
