Bidrage med feedbackWaited an hour and a half before calling on the status of our order, only to be told it was on the way?.fast forward another FULL HOUR. Called again. Our order hadn?t even been started to be made, so clearly it was never on the way and I was lied towhen I called the first time. Two and a half hours later we are still without food. Save yourself the trouble, get pizzaanywhere else.
30.50 for a large pizza and a small pizza .plus that includes delivery fee.of 5.00 And then they expect a tip. And yet Dominos will deliver with no fees and you can get a large 2 topping pizza for 5.99 each .I guess I will stick with Dominos since Howiesis getting very expensive They say 45 mins to 1he. But I have waited almost 11/2 hrs for a deliver from Howies and the pizza islike warm. Sont wastethard earnmoney at Howies
I watched him answer the phone with bare hands, touch the point-of-sale system, and then open the door to the walk-in fridge—all without any gloves. A few moments later, I saw him pick up a pizza directly from the pan with his bare hands, which I recognized as my order because I was still waiting for it to be prepared. I didn’t say anything at the time because I was already stressed and didn’t want to flip out on the kid. In the end, I just threw the pizza away when I got home. Not only did I waste time waiting, but I also wasted $20.
It was just okay. The pizza is inexpensive and definitely better than Marco's, but that’s not saying much. It reminds me of Pizza Hut or Little Caesars. Papa John’s is a bit better, but not by a large margin. It doesn’t come anywhere near the quality of Asaro's or Local Pizza.
Update 2/16/22 - The staff could benefit from familiarizing themselves with the menu and improving their basic math skills. A young lady at the register didn’t understand the flavored crust option, even though it was prominently displayed on a poster right next to her. Additionally, when I received my change, she handed me nine one-dollar bills instead of a $5 bill. When I asked for a $5 bill instead, she replied that $5 doesn't add up to $9. I had to explain that $5 plus four $1 bills would equal $9. On a positive note, the food was good and served hot.
