Captain Eddie’s Seafood - NOKOMIS

The food was good but our server was one of the rudest people I have ever met. I would say she did not care about who she offended or anyone there.

This was our 2nd visit! It was great food and the wait staff were great!

Nice low-key bar atmosphere. There are lots of pictures of fish and other local things on the walls. It’s fun to walk around and look. Captain Eddie served some of the best seafood on my trip. I had the entrée with scallops and mahi mahi. The scallops were large and decadent. Some of the best I’ve ever had. The blackened mahi mahi was also delicious. We had calamari as an appetizer. It was good but not the best I’ve ever had. It could use a little spice. The rum runner drink was very good according to one of the other diners at our table. We ordered key lime pie to go. It was good pie but not the best I had on my trip. I like a very tart key lime pie. The key lime at Blue Dog Bar and Grill was better. Kid-friendliness: Low key restaurant. No problem with kids.

Chowder was okay. Nothing spectacular. Atmosphere could have been a little cleaner. Service was okay
