Ihop - Nogales

I completely understand what it's like to work at a place understaffed and too busy. But I was DYING for some chocolate chip pancakes and was so excited for my cheat meal. These were what I was given, hardly any chocolate chips. ????

Horrible service. Waitress didnt come back for refills and had to ask for utensils, waited over 45 mins for hamburgers. The food was bland and lukewarm. Born and raised in Nogales and never been so disappointed in my own hometown.

Service and Food have been excellent at this location. We love going here and have been impressed by how well the staff push through busy times. Keep up the great work!!!

The food was tasty, I ordered Benedict eggs, but they were a bit too cooked. Service was 5/5! Coffee was good too. This location is highly recommended. Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch

I was with this ihop several times, but this last visit was by far my best. my server was humberto and he was excellent. so much that I gave him an extra big tipp and I ensured that the manager knew how satisfied I was. they had a really good breakfast I consumed and enjoyed.
