Bidrage med feedbackWe tried different pizzas including those “car wheel” but I was a little disappointed. The pizza dough is a bit hard and plastic and slightly light. As for frying instead I recommend only meatballs and croquettes. The polenta and the fritters of boiled algae. Good house wine.
We stayed at lunch in 10 people on July 23. Classic family-friendly restaurant, with air conditioning inside which turned out to be fundamental during this time of year. The criticalities I have encountered concern above all the service and communication with the waiters, it is absurd that I can not order a first dish because you are organizing in the kitchen on 3 specific first dishes and then after I see that at the table next door the dish that I have requested and that you refused to prepare me. Moreover some dishes were not served as required: 1. cooking of a meat cut was not respected and a contour was added that had been expressly asked not to be brought; 2.idem for salad; 3.frutta served differently from what was required, in this case were brought some forks instead of peaches. As for the gastronomic side I could taste different dishes: 1. land and sea starter; 2. pasta to the shoe; 3.costata di bruna(? This is also very confusing in ordering dishes, which has struck me very little, a minimum of clarity is fundamental to me. About the appetizer, there is not much to say, a good general level, with some really good pieces like parmigiana. The pasta to the scaffold unfortunately was quite salty and the sauce perhaps with too much oil, and it is really a shame because the pasta and the tomatoes, but in general the raw materials used are of quality. Regarding the rib, which was served on the plate, the criticism that I can do concerns uneven cooking and the fact that the plate was too hot, which brought some pieces of meat to carbonate. Finally, to be underlined, a really good coffee. In conclusion: PRO: atmosphere and cozy environment; prices in standard; quality raw materials. CONS: communication with customers to be reviewed; dishes to be finished better and present criticalities in preparation. I don't feel like not recommending this place, indeed if you are undecided to visit it, I recommend that you do it, maybe in a quieter day, because the quality is there, but often it has fallen into small details that make the difference between a medium-good restaurant and a definitely good one.
Taste of appetizers really remarkable. The typical mozzarella of the cow's milk area is to be asked every time. The first dish of linguine to the local and basil tomatoes is applause. The local beef steak with potatoes far exceeds many other blasoned steaks
Nice staff, except a girl who didn't even say goodbye. The only big pecca is that one expects to vary of altitude to find a cool place and instead under that roof of plywood (I think) there was a sound, in short...calici di vino grondanti of sweat. Too bad. for the rest good food.
Good pizza. Perfectly cooked, very light and with high cornice. He tasted the pumpkin and satisfied me great. The restaurant has been renovated but the pizza has improved (it was already excellent). There are many traditional pizzas. Too bad
