I'll probably never eat here again. had an online order for the first time and they would like to invite them for a tipp for them to pick up their own food. which, in turn, will mess up their bank account when they try to get a refund from them, so I have now a full charge of the original order and an additional fee of the other half of the order, so that I was calculated twice for wings and an involuntary tip. also tried to order a drink to go, and it was twice as much, then it would be to dinate in. not only the burger I had ordered, but the side of the sweet potato friars that we literally counted 12 pommes not even a whole side. When I came in to get my food, the original host was rude. when I explained the order, they were very unorganized. remember, it was not very busy during the time I went there.

Red Robin makes delicious food. Their Monster Burger is great! The fries are good, too. My husband and I each belong to their Royalty Club and we both got free burgers and fries for our birthdays! We also like the pretzel bites with beer cheese.

2nd week in a row we have been there. Moderately busy and we got in sat in Jordan section who was our server. Second time with the server too. My daughter and I decided we would ask the waiter for a sample of all the free dipping side sauces. Jordan didn't blink and eye. Got us all the sauces and even my wife joined in on the taste test. Campfire Mayo was the best. Bottomless strawberry lemonade that can be its own meal. Service was outstanding. Tip your good servers well and your great servers even better!!!! Burgers my daughter and I had were great, fried pickles were a little salty but great experience

The only negative was the hostess, she definitely didn't want to be there. the first time at a Red Robin I enjoyed the food and our waiter was awesome. I will come back. thank you for making my lunch date with my trucking husband a pleasant one.

Was very good today . it was my birthday so I got a free burger . Left $7 tip on my $3 dollar drink .
