Qdoba Mexican Grill - Noblesville

Dining room and behind the counter were disgusting. One customer had to ask for someone to clean a table since none were clean. The employee lazily stolls over and cleans ONE table. Employees arguing with each other, food not hot, attitudes horrible. I'dgive it zero stars if I could.

I really like Qdoba in general but this location is not great. I live near by and have been many times and it?s consistently the worst Qdoba I?ve been too. It?s generally slow, dirty, and quite pricy. I had to tell the employee to add cheese to thequesadilla. This is a prime location so hopefully the management changes and brings up the standards.

We went to this location this past Saturday. The workers were extremely slow and gave maybe half portions of everything. They acted like they had no idea what was going on. There were only two people in front of us yet we stood in line for at least 15minutes. One person put half of the items in our bowls and then let them sit there for the other person to finish but that justcaused our food to sit there forever because that person was so slow. The person who seemed to maybe know what they were doingdid not step in to provide any guidance to help them move faster or more efficient. By the time we finally paid and sat down,our food was not even slightly warm. This is the worst Qdoba I have ever been to. A lot of other people came in behind us andstood in line for a very long time and the workers only seemed to move slower.

This Qdoba is a little rough. The general manager, what a great lady, but she has her hands full. The store was a wreck when we went food everywhere, dirty assembly area, dusty corners, greasy counters. Out of a ton of menu items. Again, the staff isgreat seems like the new GM got handed a bomb and she's doing her best to take care of it before it explodes. We won't bereturning any time soon though. The meal was just lackluster.

Don?t go to this location. Staff won?t acknowledge you. When asked about an order will continue to use their phones. Manager stands silent the entire time. Lazy employees, slow service, prioritize their own conversations and cells phones as opposed toproviding the service they are paid to do. Won?t ever go back to Qdoba after this experience.
