Too much oil on salad with no flavour and steak ordered medium rare came out at best medium well. Lucky I ordered a decent cut of steak and not rump as it would have been inedible. Sorry but this is the third time in about 8 months. Won’t be back. Calamari was good.

To suggest the customer service was well below par would be horribly underselling it. My partner and i ordered a iced latte with caramel and a simple mocha, when it came out the syrup of the caramel was just sitting on top of the drink and the coffee was burnt. Now this was no issue, i was approaching the man with the inferiority complex at the front and explained in the nicest way possible it was burnt. Now he did not enjoy this slice of feedback, and begin to tell me i'm wrong and its not burnt my pallet must have been playing tricks on me? where he proceeded to slam down my change and begin to tell me he doesn't have time for this his establishment was empty and told me to go away..Toscanis is mainly empty for a reason ladies and gents.. and for good reason.
