Pizza Hut Ashmore

Rubbish pizza over cooked and minimal flavour. The order was also 15 minutes late. Food: 1 Service: 1

I ordered 2 pizzas the 2nd of April night time and both of them were UNDERCOOKED impossible to eat. I called the customer service then they called the shop which made 2 pizzas that were cooked properly. The customer service was very quick and efficient. Food: 1 Service: 5

Have been coming here all 2023 because the Olsen Ave Dominos stuffed up every single order and even the replacement orders. I Wish i had just come here the first time. Every pizza has been loaded with ingredients and received within the time frame. Only once have we had a slightly over cooked one...seemed extra burnt but still nice edible. When we add or remove ingredients they have always been correct. Happy Customer here Parking: Only a few spaces but their maybe spaces down the back of the shops or you can park across the road at the mall parking but it's a busy road.

Everytime I order from this Pizza Hut they mess up the order. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. No pineapple , they put pineapple. I pay for extra mushroom, I get zero, order supreme, no capsicum. Used to order from here because we preferred the crust and kept hoping they would finally get it right. Time to go back to Domino 's!

They're either understaffed or saving money by making the cook also the counter person as I stood in the store for 10 minutes before anyone walked out the front. They were having a good laugh out the back though. Also great touch making the front of store a make shift storage cupboard with about 20 boxes of softfrink all over the place half opened oh and my order it was 20 minutes behind as well the bar is so low these days Service: Take out
