I feel scammed. I had a loyalty card from the previous owner, and while the new owner stamps it when I buy coffee, they refuse to honor it when I try to redeem my free coffee, claiming it's outdated. Additionally, the quality of the coffee has declined since the ownership changed.

I pick up my coffee from this place every morning. The staff are wonderful and always greet me with a warm welcome. They remember my usual order, so I never even have to ask; they just prepare it for me. I really appreciate that!
