THE ANXIETY I GET EVERY TIME I COME HERE BECAUSE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT.like i’m not even asking for you guys to go the extra mile. but the three times i have gone through the drive thru… the way y’all cut me off when I’m telling you my order. the f’n attitude at the window.2/28/24 around 8:30 PM. if you were working at the window… reevaluate your job choice. get a job where you don’t have to talk to people.and i ordered mashed potatoes, not fries.

I was in here and can't remember the date but the lady behind the counter was absolutely wonderful. She was so thorough and seem to know exactly how to proceed with getting our orders done are likingThe food was amazing. The atmosphere was good and I got the young lady's name at the counter but I've sent forgotten it.

I ordered on the online app and paid 35$ for an order that could not be picked up due to the fact that they let someone else take my order without confirmation of the ticket. They refused to remake the order and refused a refund. We contacted corporate and they have not got back to me yet. This is complete garbage. DO NOT EAT HERE UNLESS U WANT YOUR FOOD AND MONEY STOLEN. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
