Organised event of over 80 (6:30pm-9pm). Zero communication on food ordering and eventually coming out at 7:30-8?!? To take orders for main. Food didn’t arrive till 8:40 and some after 9 when the event had technically finished and even some didn’t even get their food. Salads and sauces were missing, they closed the kitchen so 3/4 of people didn’t get their dessert and overall staff attitude and overall experience was surprising in how it was consistently trash.

My dad had a 40th birthday and we had bad service. And my food took so long and i had the cheese burger on the kids menu and the bread was so bad and dried up it looked like it was Style and we were setting up and they just sat there doing nothing. And we asked them to help and they said that it was not there jod to and then my dad said we are not going there ever again and they loke OK DON'T COME HIRE

We used to love Jimmy's pre covid. It was always busy, had a great salad bar too. We have been there 4 times now since they were up and running again and honestly have been so disappointed in just about everything. We booked for 6:30pm. Admittedly we got there at 6:40pm. There were no more than 18 -20 people in the dining room. We ordered a kids cheeseburger meal, a beef burger and a chick burger. We finished our first round of drinks and had to ask several times where our food was? It was not busy by any means. At 8pm the waitress said your burgers are just being built now! At 8:05pm we got our meals. The chips were burnt. The kids meal came out 20 mins before we knew where ours were. The meat patty was solid as a rock around the edges. Our son couldn't bite into it. My partner complained and as usual he was told we only have one chef working. They say that all the time. We definitely will not be going back again. The quality is terrible now and the waiting time on a simple meal is just ridiculous.
