Great sandwiches but terrible service. They get the order wrong almost every single time. I’ll probably stop going to this location. I placed an order an hour out, got to the store, everyone was standing around and had not even started on the order yet. Not to mention took over 30 minutes just to make 2 sandwiches.

The guy that works the grill on Sunday night at 8pm that wears his hat on backwards should be careful trying to stare down customs and whispering to his coworkers.Came in there on Sunday like an hour before closing got a few sandwiches and gave a good tip. While I was waiting for my order he starts trying to stare me down then turns away and shakes his head, a minute later he starts staring again and whispers something to his coworker. I guess he was mad that he had to grill two sandwiches...The only reason why I'm giving this place a good review is because of the other employees, they're sweet, polite and have a good attitude, grill guy, not so much. I'm sure if I was some scary looking guy he would have checked his attitude and kept his eyes on the grill instead of attempting to intimate me..

My sandwich was completely messed up. They forgot the slaw on a capristami!!! But....the manager Stephanie took care of me and handled my messed up order with a professional response. Thank you for making sure I was still taken care of. 5 stars for professionalism.
