Rainbow’s End Snack Shop - Niu

The owner of this restaurant is truly wonderful. They treated us to some delicious ice cream and engaged us in a heartwarming conversation. Thank you so much!

Despite being located at the trailhead, the interior of the building is surprisingly clean and upscale. The restrooms and dining areas are well-maintained. The prices in the store are affordable, with the local popsicles priced at just under $5, and a large pineapple soft-serve ice cream for $6 that looked tempting.
